I'm currently pursuing MS in Business Analytics at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Earlier, I worked at Cogneau Systems, an AI and Analytics startup, where I got the opportunity to lead development projects and design the security and alerts infrastructure.
For over 8 years, I have been exploring all that is tech. Now, I'm aiming for a level higher. My mission is to fuse technology with business to drive innovation in the field.

Worked as a Product Intern and Developer:
- Developed NLP Microservice for company's chatbot.
- Created WhatsApp Receiver and Sender microservices to integrate chatbot with WhatsApp
- Created Data I/O microservice to store, retrieve and modify front-end data.
- Improved the data pre-processing microservice to increase big data storage speed.
- Managed AWS Workspaces for new interns to ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Worked as an Associate Consultant (Automation Solutions):
- Set up Confluence and Jira to enable seamless collaboration between teams.
- Created scripts on AWS Lambda to automate AWS tasks.
- Set up a robust emergency alerts infrastructure using OpsGenie, AWS and custom scripts.
- Enhanced organisation's platform, network, cloud, and corporate security.
- Interviewed candidates for technical intern positions at the company.
Project: NubBot - A discord bot
I created a discord bot for my social/gaming community server with over 6,000 members. The bot had custom commands as per our needs.
- Included tools for admins, such as bulk delete, ban and chat moderation.
- Added several utility and fun features for entertainment purposes.
- The bot drove engagement in the server, increasing chat participation.
Project: Generative chatbot using Seq2Seq model
Developed a general purpose chatbot using the Cornell Movie-Dialog Corpus dataset (long before ChatGPT was a thing!)
- The chatbot can be specialized according to an industry's requirements.
- Achieved an accuracy of over 80% for prompts over 6 words.
